Eyevolution
Eyevolution
EYEVOLUTION 20/20 was an event focused on the future of medicine, addressing some of the key issues changing the world of ophthalmology today
Creative concept
We started by defining the name of the event, then we let our creativity flow and developed a concept that would characterise the entire format of the event.
We were inspired by the iconography of space, to represent the future and innovation, the strengths of our client.
Our creative team indulged in its graphic representation, applied to each communication element: Save the Date, invitations, banners and totems, external portals, communications to accompany guests before, during and after the event.
Choice of location
We wanted an empty box that we could “dress up” according to the creative concept we had defined.
We therefore proposed the Palazzo del Ghiaccio, a venue with very large and fully customizable spaces.
The setting of the conference was designed to give the audience the idea of embarking on a real journey into the future, as if the participants were in a spaceship travelling in a time and space warp.
3D animations
The event was a celebration of the potential of technology, so 3D visualizations of the products being launched could not be missing.
To give the audience an interactive and dynamic experience, a real Alcon laboratory was recreated in virtual form, where the new products were studied and launched.
App
An app was used to guide participants before and during the event, with constantly updated material and push notifications. The app allowed participants to follow the programme and interact with the speakers by asking questions and voting in polls.
Technical services
We love technology because it allows us to visualize ideas and materialize the communication process: for this event we proposed a 25 meter LED wall, a surface of more than 100 square metres, which welcomed the public with a strong impact. A challenge in terms of non-standard content management, but a start of character!
From here, the starting point was already high: then light shows, an entrance tunnel with LEDs and smoke for an immersive experience, a camera system worthy of a television set, all orchestrated by an appropriate technical direction.
