Responsible for producing the "Meridiano Sanità" Report, which is presented at the annual Forum in November. After graduating in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan in 1997, he began working at Millward Brown and later at Bayer. In 2001 he joined the Ambrosetti Group in the Strategy Division. In January 2015, he became a Partner at The European House - Ambrosetti.

Managing Director of The European House - Ambrosetti for Extraordinary Operations and Business Development. Graduated in Business Administration from the L. Bocconi University, with subsequent specialisation at the London Business School. After having been one of the protagonists of the Ciba-Sandoz merger that gave rise to Novartis, he was Chief Executive Officer of several groups including, IFIL spa (now Exor), Gruppo Alpitour, Miroglio, as well as having held an institutional role as President of Federturismo Confindustria; he has been a Board Member of numerous companies, including FIAT, Club Med, La Rinascente, Juventus.

Paolo is our managing director.
He cares about the well-being of people, whether they are customers, partners or employees, and invests heavily in supporting their personal and professional growth, demonstrating trust and providing an environment where they can feel at home. Paolo is also close to issues such as economic, social and ecological sustainability.

Laura is our Production Director.
With over 8 years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer, she now co-ordinates the graphic, digital and video teams, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all the graphic output. Plants + Travel = Happiness. In her spare time, she tries to keep her plants alive and create new memories by travelling.

Karen is our Head of Graphic Design.
She has been part of GDS for many years, and has grown with it. She is passionate about design and other creative fields such as architecture, art, photography, performance. At work, Karen combines creativity with a meticulous eye for detail. When she is not immersed in her graphic design projects, she can be found gliding across the ice, practicing the graceful art of figure skating. Karen has a great passion for cinema. She may be forgetful, but she will always remember movie trivia facts. She unfailingly chooses mountains over beaches.

Anna is our Graphic Designer.
After graduating with a degree in Industrial Design she began to gain years of experience in the communications field, driven by a strong interest in Visual Design and the links between visual perception, psychology, and marketing. Since then, she has been committed to translating clients' needs into effective multimedia visual resources that help them to achieve their marketing goals. She has always been passionate and curious about art in all its forms: from drawing to painting, from music to dance...

Sergio is our Creative Designer.
He has been working in the communication industry for several years, ranging from illustration to traditional graphics. A multi-faceted designer, he's always taken advantage of his way of working to combine clients ideas with creativity. If you don’t find him in front of a computer, you’ll probably find him by the sea or a lake, drawing and sketching with pencil and paper, or playing videogames when it's raining. He has a strong passion for cinema, modern literature and graphic novels. He loves fried olives.

Giulia is our Graphic & Motion Designer.
After years of experience in the world of design, she came on board at GDS last year. At work, she pays attention to every little animation detail and thrives on giving her best to every project. When she is not immersed in images and videos, you can either find her either singing with her Gospel choir on the stages of Varese or drawing by the lake. Born in Tuscany but adopted in Lombardy, she loves partying, meeting new people and learning their star signs.

Francesco is our Multimedia Content Creator.
He recently came on board, bringing with him his knowledge of graphic and motion design. In the office, he lends a hand here and there, adding his personal touch and conceptual skills to the projects we develop for our clients. When he's not at his desk, you might find him cruising around in his convertible, barbecuing outdoors or cuddling his little cat. Florence and Lombardy are the two halves of his heart and he loves tinkering with PCs, experimenting with international cuisine and immersing himself in the countryside.

Marta Junior Graphic Designer.
Recently graduated in 'Graphic design and Art Direction' with a strong interest in brand design. In her works, she strives to combine creativity, attentiveness to clients' requests, and precision. She is a naturally curious person and she love to learn new things. If she is unable to answer your call, it is likely that she is engrossed in one of the many things she enjoy doing, such as taking walks, cooking, painting, or visiting a museum. She is been involved in sports since she was a child, and she currently dance to free my mind.

Gabriele is our Head of Digital.
As a Senior Web Developer with more than 10 years of experience in web development, he is responsible for coordinating and managing the team of developers, cultivating talent and skills to raise the bar of quality and professionalism. Passionate about technology and MTB, he climbs any terrain with passion to reach unreachable places. The same passion is part of his daily work.

Denis is our full stack developer.
With about 8 years of experience and a lot of passion, he is responsible for finding the best solutions for the web team’s projects jumping from one line of code to another. His DNA is a complex series of binary codes. He is a very sociable and curious person and in his spare time he throws electronic devices out of the window and goes out to discover the world, except when his favorite team is playing.

Nicholas is one of our front end developers.
Despite his young age, he takes care of all the aesthetic and functional details that a website must have. His priority is to ensure that everything is perfect, precise and always on time. He loves technology at 360°, he is always up to date with new technologies, he does not miss any novelty. He is a very sociable person, and always tries to make people laugh with his silly jokes. Besides his love for technology, he has an unconditional love for his favourite team

Shiyu is our backend developer.
With a degree in architectural design, Shiyu is an enthusiastic web developer with a solid design background. With a passion for software development, she has worked on a variety of projects, including front-end and back-end development. She joined GDS in 2023, as a highly-motivated web developer.

Alessandro is our Medical Director.
He is graduated in Medicine and Surgery, Specializing in Haematology with distinction. Passionate about what he learns, he has had the opportunity to participate as a Teacher and Public Speaker in scientific and educational meetings. His experience allows him to combine scientific understanding with commercial insight, covering a wide range of therapeutic areas and acting as a strategic advirsor, to ensure that our work has a noble scientific value. He has an innate passion for nature and enjoys painting and writing poetry in his spare time.

After working in national and local television networks, he joined our agency and has been with us for 30 years. His experience in audiovisual production is applied to the technical management of events and conferences. Today he is the coordinator of the technical team. He is a very curious person, always ready to explore and discover new technologies.

Carlo is our video production manager.
He has been part of our technical team for a number of years, he’s been involved in video production, editing, post-production and live events. He now leads the video editing team. Always up for new challenges and technologies, he helps everyone to achieve their goals. He loves adventure and learning about different cultures, languages and cuisines. He’s a passionate hiker and loves being outdoor surrounded by nature.

Umberto is our Video Technology Advisor.
After a long experience in the world of event video, Umberto joined GDS to provide technical support during webinars and conferences and in a very short time and he has become a full member of our family. He comes from Puglia, he is cheerful and funny and he is a total lover of the traditional cuisine. Don't ask him what his favorite dish is because the answer is obvious!

Passionate about motion graphics and visual effects, he has been immersed in the magical world of visual art for over 15 years. His creative soul dances between colors and shapes, bringing extraordinary stories to life through the skilful use of moving graphics. Off-screen, his adventurous spirit leads him to unexplored lands, but not in a conventional way. When he looks away from the monitor, his gaze lowers towards the ground, embarking on a journey in search of traces of the past with his faithful metal detector. A hunter of buried stories, he finds joy in retracing the tracks that time has hidden, thus fueling his sect of discovery and adventure.

Francesca is our Motion Graphic Designer.
With an unwavering passion for 2D and 3D animation, every project becomes an opportunity for her to bring a breath of creativity. Her love for cinema, especially animated films, is reflected in her work, where each frame is treated with attention and dedication. Outside of the office, you can easily find her immersed in comics and manga of all kinds or simply in her world of drawings. Her true love, however, is dogs. There is nothing she loves more than taking long walks with her faithful four-legged companion.

Matteo is our Video Maker.
He has been working in the event world as a Photographer and Videomaker for 15 years. His strong point? The immediate delivery of his projects. He has an innate passion for films, football and music. In between edits he does Crossfit. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing with his children and hanging out with all his friends.

Alice is our Chief Operating Officer.
After a few experiences in marketing and project management, she is now responsible for the key accounts portfolio and supervisor of the team that she inspires and manages every day to deliver quality projects that meet the clients’ expectations. She is a positive and calm person, she is not afraid of challenges and always oriented results-oriented: she constantly set herself goals, does different things and tries different experiences. She loves travelling, being surrounded by nature and traditional and international cuisine.

Rossella is our Key Account Manager.
Planning and organizing successful events has been her great honor and responsibility for 17 years. Medical congresses, conventions, small seminars, fairs, parties or gala dinners are her daily pillars. Today, she is also focuses on the relationship with her clients in order to develop a long-term strategic partnership based both on business and on the human empathy involved. She has a strong passion for books: even in front of the television, she always has a novel nearby! And in general, discovering new places and living new experiences is like her lifeblood.

Elisa joined our team almost three years ago.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Health Communication. Sociable, precise and organized person, she is our Project Manager. She takes care of every details in the projects, giving value to the relationship with the client. She loves walking, going to the mountains, and her favourite place, Pontremoli.

Meet our Digital Marketing executive, Raim.
With a background in International Relations and marketing experience in the SaaS field, Raim joined GDS in the beginning of 2024 to support the commercial and production team. He is an avid learner, always seeking for growth wherever he goes, and has an insatiable curiosity. He has a lot of hobbies, like cooking or playing the piano and guitar. But in his free time, you'll likely find him with his trusty tablet, creating digital art inspired by his love for Japanese-style animation.

Roberta Giacomini is our General Services and Accounting Manager.
She has been with GDS since 2001 and has seen the company evolve over the years. She is reliable and responsible, with a strong sense of duty. She enjoys reading, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Saula is our Office Manager.
After several experiences as a travel agent and meeting planner and after few years spent in the hotel industry, she is now responsible for organizing all the activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. She is adept at supervising general services, reception, supporting the work group and organizing internal corporate events. She loves travelling and being surrounded by nature. She’s passionate about music, dance and animals.

Andrea is our Executive Assistant.
After several experiences as a marketing specialist and a communication assistant, Andrea came to GDS as a support for all the activities around the CEO. He is reliable and helpful. He likes cooking, especially pizza in his gas oven, and Fiorentina steak. He loves travelling. In fact, he wants to visit all the European capitals by 2026. He is attending a theater course and he would like to start a dancing class

Beatrice is our office manager.
After 8 years as a saleswoman in a perfumery, she decided to change her career and start a new adventure as an Office Manager, taking care of the reception, supporting the team and organizing internal events. She is passionate about make-up, perfumes and the world of fashion. She loves music and live concerts.
