Its purpose?
To provide a range of materials to keep up to date with all the news in the sector, to learn and to stay in touch with other professionals.

In recent years we have had the opportunity to experience the effectiveness of online training which allows content to be made accessible to people located at great distances, wherever and whenever they want.

The DTC provides users with a range of content including articles, newsletters, video on demand, a forum and a community building space.
Community
Within the DTC, users can chat and share documents with other professionals.
This is an effective and immediate way to have a professional discussion between peers.
It is also possible to create split groups on specific topics in this section.
Forum
The forum is a discussion board where users can ask questions, share their experiences and discuss topics of common interest.
It is an effective way to build connections between participants, and increase the sense of community.
The Newsletter
A monthly DEM is sent to the platform’s subscribers to notify them of the publication of new content.
The DEM can also be used to promote specific services and initiatives.

Constant monitoring of the platform’s performance allows us to understand how to improve it to meet users’ expectations.
