Free access to other online training websites: Club users are automatically registered on the international Floretina.com platform and can access the Alcon Experience Academy courses.

Promotion

Obviously, GDS also followed the communication and promotion plan: launch at the main Italian sector congress (GIVRE) with a happy hour event; promotion at the stand with a touchscreen monitor to “attract” the first user registrations; hints of guerrilla marketing, with branded heels scattered throughout the conference centre.
